The hotel was definitely a mixed bag for us. The rooms were a nice size with big windows, lots of power outlets, very comfortable beds, and a big bathroom with a big shower, all very clean. However, it was quite noisy and felt a little dated although still clean and comfortable. On the bright side, the staff, especially Sylvia, was incredibly helpful during our arrival and departure, even sorting out parking and a minor issue with unauthorized use of city streets. The location was convenient for our quick stopover in Orvieto, allowing us to easily walk to all the sights. The dining options were okay, with a generic setup but the homemade cappuccino was a standout. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay despite some minor hiccups.
